Individual Therapy

I see you and I am here for you. My client-centered approach involves attending to the body as a path toward change, enhanced bodily functioning, and self-understanding. I highlight how the body’s messages are expressed in thoughts, behavior, and energy. I work with people who have experienced substance use recovery, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship distress, life transition and identity issues, PTSD, and intergenerational trauma, among others. Trust and fit are crucial aspects of my work, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey. Also, it is important you feel safe to discuss what is and what is not working for you in our time together. I welcome feedback and questions that help me serve you better. Sessions are roughly 50 minutes long and proceed according to your needs.
